Cogniworld long distance US domestic rate is 3.49 cents per minute for state-to-state calls (the rate may be higher in tier-B and tier-C areas). The calls are billed in 6-second increments with 6-second minimum per long distance call for domestic and 30-second minimum for International long distance calls. Long distance call charges that compute to less than one cent will be rounded up to the nearest cent. Calls terminating to an International cellular phone may be billed in higher rates.

$1.99 monthly billing fee will apply with the "Bill Me" option or "Auto Pay" with monthly paper invoice in any month where usage is lower than $20. Minimum taxes charged are Universal Service Fund at 9.2%, a 3% federal excise tax. Businesses are assessed a PICC charge that varies by state. There are no PICC charges for residential long distance customers. Rates are subject to change anytime without prior notification.

Please note, that even if your number was ported from a wireless provider or a CLEC to an RBOC, it might still fall under Tier C category and would not qualify you for lower rates.

Service not available in Alaska and Hawaii. The rates to these states are listed under International rates.

Can I order a toll free number?

Yes you can a toll free number. You can do it during the signup process or after your account is created. You will be able to order toll free service and calling cards through your secure online account access web site. The monthly service charge for each switched toll free number is $1.50, no minimum and no setup fee. Current state to state rate applies to all toll free service calls. Toll free service to originate and terminate in US only.

What are my billing options?

There are three billing options. 1)"Bill Me" option allows you to mail in your payment and includes a monthly invoice mailed directly to your physical address.
